Stretch Saturday – Flexibility Challenge

Hi there!  So one of my major weaknesses is my flexibility.  I really want to work on this because I know it can help me in my form for my other exercises.

I’m calling this Flexible February Challenge.  Are you up for the challenge?  Is this one of your goals?

For this challenge I plan of holding each stretch for 1 min for a total of 10 mins a night.  My bigger goal is to be able to do the splits by the end of the year.

So join me in trying to hold each stretch for 1 min every night and let’s get flexible together.  Already can do the splits?  Then work to see if you can do an over split or pick another area that is not as flexible and hold that stretch for a min. every night.

Motivation Monday – love your body

It’s February, the month of love.  So show your body some love by working on your goals to eat healthier and workout more.

The other theme this month is Flexible February.  This is my major weakness so I plan on focusing on this for this month.  I challenge you to focus on your flexibility with me this month by first getting in the habit of stretching after your workouts.  Keep an eye out for my Flexibility challenge this month to work on my splits specifically.

I’ve already been working towards my goal of influencing 10 or more women.  I’ve had two women reblog a couple of my posts, which shows me it’s helping motivate them.  So grateful I can help others.

Monday Motivation – You are Beautiful

Hey beautiful, how’s the goal setting coming along?  Is one of your goals related to your health and fitness?  Remember you are  beautiful the way you are now.  Let’s keep improving ourselves so we can live long, strong, fit lives.

One of my goals is to focus on my flexibility so I’m going to try to do yoga once a week, and stretch every night.
